Shipping details 

At Bullbarshop, we use GLS, Chronopost, and Kuehne+Nagel to deliver our products. The shipment costs are automatically calculated and added to your basket based on the weight and size of each article. Our goal is to ensure that you receive your items as quickly as possible. For this reason, we strive to ship packages as soon as possible after we receive payment for accessories that are currently in stock. 

Please note that for some of our products, the delivery time can take between 5 to 20 working days. This is due to factors such as stock levels, time to manufacture, and other logistical considerations. We will always do our best to ensure that your order is delivered to you as soon as possible, also it’s important to know that delivery times may vary depending on the type of product (weight, dimensions). If you would like specific information about the accessories that interest you, please contact us.

For accessories that are not in stock, we will do our best to bring them to the store as quickly as possible so that they can be sent to you within 2-3 days if you reside in France. Depending on the delivery method, we will provide you with a tracking number and the status of your shipment.

Our shipping fees include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping fees. While preparation fees are fixed, transport fees vary depending on the total weight of the package. 

To save on shipping costs, we recommend that you group all your items into a single order. Please note that we cannot combine two separately placed orders, and shipping fees apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but we take special care of fragile objects. The box dimensions are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.

 

ATTENTION: Please note that skid plates and other heavy products may experience shipping delays of 20 to 30 days.

 

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as they arrived. If you received a damaged product, please contact us immediately with pictures and details of the case, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for certain products, including those that have been used or damaged after delivery, personalized or custom-made products, and perishable goods. Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return confirmation email, our dedicated team will initiate the refund process. Please allow 3-5 days for the refund to be processed, depending on your original payment method. We will send you an email notification once the refund has been successfully processed.

 

Important Note:

A total refund only covers products that arrive damaged or with defects. Otherwise, the refund will be partial, and we will not cover the shipping fees. Therefore, before finalizing any purchase, please make sure you are familiar with all the necessary details.
